Paul followed 3 other brokers since October 22. Those prior all failed for various reasons. As a prior renter of 6 places in 7 years in Beacon (waiting to buy) I know about rentals and local brokers. I had given up on using a realtor; steeling myself for doing this "by owner." I gave it a final shot. He went well beyond and above former rental agents- which seemed a nascent hobby or very part-time job on the part of all three. Contact was flawless. Marketing too. He even created an "auto-cad" type layout to view the top down model of this awkwardly configured apartment. His intuitive sense of the many people who were shown the rental was spot on. Paul's ethics and professional communication skills are especially acute and I hold no reservation in recommending him.
